Author and filmmaker.
I am a one-of-a-kind writer. I combine my influences (Hunter S. Thompson, Carlos Castaneda, Hemingway, Steinbeck, Orwell, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Shakespeare, Neruda, Homer and Dante.) into cacophony of lyrical words, bridging fiction, non-fiction, narrative, novel, poem, play and teacher.
Writing is my main creative outlet, although I have had my short films appear in festivals and pursue painting and guitar as distant hobbies that I am developing for future live shows and exhibitions.
Both of my parents were writers, editors and reporters. My father also published two novels and a two poetry chapbooks in his lifetime.
My main goal is continue to publish short stories as I work on my debut novel “Psyche’s Dream” – the tale of a homeless fifteen-year-old girl who enters a world of magic after making a wish for love before a magic mirror and a suicide attempt.
I am planning to release a collection of my short stories in 2022. I find tragedy and romance the most compelling things to discuss and that is reflected in the topics that I choose to write about. All of my stories are based on true events that either I or someone else experienced.
Please feel free to contact me regarding my work.
Let’s make something together.
